Looking out the window and seeing whiteout conditions. A perfect day to fly south to Bodø.  I suspect it will be a bumpy ride.  Luckily, these Norwegian pilots can fly in just about anything. We just have to hold on. The weather is supposed to be better to the south, so that’s good news. We will have a couple hours drive south from Bodø to our house near Inndyr. 

We flew in circles before landing in Evenes, due to snow on the tarmac and blizzard conditions.  Once we landed, for the brief exchange of a few passengers, we couldn’t take off because the runway was slippery. 🙄 Finally made it to Bodø and had a great drive south to Inndyr. We drove on a scenic highway and the views were gorgeous. 

Got here a little early so proceeded another couple miles to the town of Inndyr. Happy to see that there’s a good supermarket there. 

Explored our house and spent way too much time figuring out how to turn the lights on. There’s a remote for everything and nothing is labeled. After all that, we decided it was better with the lights off so that we could see the view.
